Take Five Marketing is a social posting and reporting service for veterinary marketing agencies and the clinics they serve. It is operated by Rohenn Strategic Technology Consulting.

How it works

1. An agency writes a post once and schedules it for the clinics that subscribe to its campaign.
2. Each clinic connects its own Facebook Page.
3. Take Five Marketing publishes the post to that Page at the scheduled time.
4. A clinic can decline a scheduled post before it publishes.
5. Take Five Marketing reads post and Page metrics back from Facebook so the agency can report results.

Facebook data we use and why

• pages_show_list: lists the Pages the user manages so the clinic can pick one to connect.
• pages_manage_posts: publishes scheduled posts to the chosen Page and deletes them from the Page when a post is withdrawn.
• pages_read_engagement and read_insights: read the Page's posts, engagement and insights so the agency and the clinic can see how posts perform.
• Instagram: publishing and reporting for an Instagram business account linked to the Page is planned and is not available yet. It will use instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish and instagram_manage_insights.

The Page access token that Facebook issues is encrypted at rest. We do not use information from Facebook for advertising or profiling. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Your control

A clinic can disconnect its Facebook Page from Settings at any time. You can also remove Take Five Marketing from Facebook under Settings, Business Integrations. Facebook then notifies our data deletion callback and we delete the connection data. Deletion requests follow the data deletion section of the Privacy Policy.
